2 进给方式采用滚珠丝杠配合伺服电机，确保刨切薄片的厚度精确，并可进行主动让刀，避免对原木板材的擦伤。

3 夹木方式采用液压控制，无需人工加紧，操作方便，提高了效率。

4 采用集中电器控制箱，液压与电器联动，单人即可操作。

5 自动液压夹刀系统，配有护刀板架翻起装置，使刀具刃磨及更换方便、快捷，提高了工作效率。

6 配有刀板及压尺加热系统，可以避免蓝污情况的发生，提高了刨切单板的质量。

7 采用气动离合式刹车装置，设备在刨切过程中可在任意需要的位置停车，便于操作人员随时根据木材的变化进行调整，并在原位置快速启动，提高了操作效率及安全性。

8 配有集中润滑系统，可定期自动加注润滑油，保证各导轨等摩擦运动部件的正常高效工作。
